Payment Policy
All payments made for event registration are considered final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded under normal circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that the program is canceled by Maitree Association of America (Maitree), a full refund of the registration fee will be issued to all registered participants. However, Maitree reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of any cancellations or changes as soon as possible.
Participant Cancellation
If a registered participant decides to cancel their attendance, refunds will not be issued. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in such cases, registered participants are encouraged to contact Maitree at contact@maitreeusa.org to discuss possible alternatives on a case-by-case basis.
Transfer of Registration
Registrations are generally non-transferable. If a registered participant is unable to attend, they should notify Maitree promptly. Transferring the registration to another individual may be considered under certain circumstances, subject to the approval by Maitree.
