Request for Support in Sponsoring Education Initiatives
We are delighted to share some wonderful news with you. Maitree Philanthropic Committee is collaborating with Bharat Sevashram Sangha to sponsor the education of four tribal girls near the Ghatsila BSS Tribal Welfare Center and two underprivileged nursing students (one male and one female) from rural West Bengal.
To continue advancing these important philanthropic initiatives, we need the support of all our members and patrons. We have some payments due by mid-August, and we kindly request that you contribute to the best of your ability every month to the Maitree Philanthropic account.
Your generosity will make a significant difference in the lives of these young individuals, helping them achieve their dreams and build a better future.

Maitree’s Philanthropic Efforts: Donation of Sandwiches to Elijah Soup Kitchen, New Brunswick
We are delighted to share with you the recent philanthropic initiative undertaken by Maitree. On November 24, 2023, we had the honor of delivering a donation of 100 sandwiches to Elijah Soup Kitchen in New Brunswick.
The sandwiches, carefully prepared and packaged, were distributed this morning to underprivileged individuals at Elijah Soup Kitchen. This contribution is part of Maitree’s ongoing commitment to giving back to the community and supporting those in need.
Our collaboration with Elijah Soup Kitchen reflects our dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of the less fortunate. We believe that by extending a helping hand, we can contribute to creating a stronger, more compassionate community.
